We don’t just throw a topping on a plain cheesecake and call it good. Kurt the baker handcrafts all of our mini’s from the crust to the topping! He calls it an infusion of flavor! This is why you don’t see 200 varieties on our menu. We pride ourselves on creating a unique dessert you can’t find anywhere else!

Keep your eyes open for a rotating menu. We will have new varieties in the fall like Pumpkin and Apple Crisp. We’ve also been known to add Birthday Cake and Strawberry Dream! Yum!
